What kind of photos work best?

Clear, well-lit photos with a single main subject work brilliantly. Think: your pet looking at the camera, a car from a 3/4 angle, or a building front-on. Avoid blurry images or very busy backgrounds — the AI needs to clearly see what you want turned into a model.

Is the 3D preview free?

Yes! You can upload a photo and see the AI-generated 3D preview at no cost. You only pay when you choose a print size and checkout. We want you to be happy with what you see before committing.

How long does delivery take?

Custom 3D prints are made to order, so allow 5–10 working days for printing and finishing, plus delivery. Standard coo collection items ship within 2–3 working days. All UK orders include tracked delivery.

What material are the prints made from?

We use high-quality PLA and resin, depending on the detail level needed. Each print is hand-finished and inspected before shipping. For the coo collection, we use a combination of resin printing and hand-painting.

Can I get a refund if I don't like it?

Because each custom print is made to order, we can't offer refunds on custom 3D prints. However, if there's a genuine quality issue, get in touch and we'll make it right. Standard coo collection items have a 14-day return window.
